What began as a small passion project has grown into a sweet destination for dessert lovers across the city. Whether you’re celebrating life’s big moments or just need a pick-me-up, we’re here to serve comfort on a plate — with a smile.
1. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders can be placed through our official website, social media platforms, or WhatsApp.
- Confirmation message received after order placement does not guarantee acceptance until payment is confirmed and details verified.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other reasons.
2. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance via available options (UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, etc.).
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
- Delivery available within Ranchi city limits. Delivery slots and charges communicated at order time.
- Accurate delivery information is customer’s responsibility. Delays due to incorrect addresses are not our liability.
- Pick-up orders must be collected on time to avoid quality issues.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery/pick-up.
- No cancellations or refunds after this period.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, if approved.
- Custom/large orders may involve partial refunds and longer notice.
5. Product Information & Allergens
- Products are handcrafted; minor design, color, or size variations may occur.
- Ingredients may include dairy, nuts, eggs, gluten. Inform us about allergies beforehand, but allergen-free is not guaranteed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Inspect your order upon delivery or pick-up. Report issues within 2 hours with photos.
- Once accepted, Pies & Thighs is not responsible for damage due to improper storage or delays in consumption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, designs, and logos, is owned by Pies & Thighs and may not be reused without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates agreement with the revised terms.
